1. Introduction
1.1 The following Terms and Conditions set out the terms of use of “PetalResources.com”. It is owned and operated by its Founder, Julien Peinado. The company is under the legal jurisdiction of England and Wales. It is based in Caerphilly County in Wales and exists under the company name Petal Resources.
In the following Terms and Conditions, “our”, “us”,“we” and “ourselves”will refer to the website “petalresources.com” or by extension “Petal Resources”. “You”, “your”, and “user”will refer to the user of our website and/or services.
1.2 Petal Resources reserves the right to change the availability and pricing of any of the the following services for any reason and without notice.
We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
1.3 Petal Resources creates original home education resources and blog posts. We also offer tuition with capable instructors.
1.3a) Tuition can be requested through our “Tuition Request Form”.

1.3b) Our resources are split into two segments, free and paid.
We offer different forms of membership and these affect which resources you have access to. The blog is accessible to all website users.
2. Limited Liability
2.1 Petal Resources only hosts proprietary, original content, and we do
not expect anyone to find our resources offensive. That said, by using our service you acknowledge and agree to the following
clauses.
2.2 You agree that all our services are only provided on an “As is”
and “As Available” basis.
2.3 You might be subjected to content you feel be objectionable.
2.4 You agree that Petal Resources disclaims any warranty of any kind,
implied or expressed, with regards to your use of the services.
2.5 Petal Resources is not liable for any financial loss to yourself or
any third-party for any reason.
2.6 Petal Resources, its owners, and its employees are not liable for any
financial loss or damages that may be incurred as a result of, but
not limited to, our services, our inability to fulfil them or for any
other reason.
2.7 You agree that you are using Petal Resources on an at-risk basis and
waive any legal right to restitution.
3. Terms of Service
3.1 Petal Resources does not guarantee the availability or security of service, the absence of viruses or harmful material or anything else.
3.2 By using our website you agree that Petal Resources can change the terms and conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy at any time without your expressed approval.
3.3 We may use your email to inform you of any changes to our Terms and Conditions, privacy policy and or cookie policy.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 You agree to only use your account for personal use and not to share your account information or downloads with others.
4.2 You agree to not share or reproduce our resources or property: This includes but is not limited to, our logos, our trademarks, our copyright and content.
4.3 All of our content is protected by international law and is entirely owned by Julien Peinado.
4.4 Our copyright must be left on any resources that you print.
4.5 If you wish to share our content or property with a third-party, please refer them to our website so that they may start their own membership.

5. Notice for International Users
5.1 Petal Resources and petalresources.com are based in the UK and as such, fall under the purview of the Laws of England and Wales. If you are an international customer, you use this website at your own risk as it may not comply with your local and/or national laws.
6. Infringement
6.1 You agree that Petalresources.com is the exclusive online distribution channel of all Petal Resources products. The owners of Petal Resources are the only ones who can post Petal Resources products on any other channel.
6.2 You agree not to reproduce any information from our blog, tuition services or resources, for personal financial or commercial gain.
6.3 You agree not to reproduce any information from our blog, tuition services or resources, for third-party financial or commercial gain.
6.4 Any infringement of our intellectual property or copyright will result in immediate dismissal of your account as well as the pursuit of damages and financial restitution.
7. Acceptable Conduct
7.1 You will not collect information in any way aside from individually downloading our resources.
7.2 You will not target or harvest information from any users of our website by any means.
7.3 You will not attempt to attack the service through brute- force, viruses or any other means.
7.4 You will not use our website in any deceptive, illegal or fraudulent manner.
7.5 You will not fill any of our information forms, request forms, contact forms or registration forms with any information that is untrue, inaccurate or pertaining to any other persons.
7.6 In the case of our tuition services, you will not harass, assault or stalk tutors in any way, shape or form.
7.7 You will not record or share any of your tuition sessions.
7.8 You will not share any personally identifying information with Tutors aside from email address and name.
8. Refunds
8.1 Petal Resources will not provide a refund for any reason or under any circumstance. Our pricing is incredibly reasonable and you are given full access to your account options, allowing you to cancel at any time. Cancelling your account prevents your current payment from recurring. As such, by starting a paid membership with us, you understand that you will not be receiving any refunds.
9. Force Majeure
A force majeure is an unforeseen circumstance that prevents an entity from fulfilling a contract. These are also known as “acts of god”.
9.1 Petal Resources will not be held liable if any of the following prevent, delay or impede our services: Floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, EMPs, Riots, Civil War, Fascist Uprisings, Tornados, Global Pandemics.
9.2 Petal Resources will not be held liable if any Force Majeure not listed above prevents, delays or otherwise impedes our service.
10. Cooling Off Period
10.1 Due to the digital nature of our resources, we are not required to provide you a 14 day cooling-off period. When creating a paid membership with Petal Resources, you forego the 14-day cooling off period.
11. Cancellation
11.1 You can cancel your service with us at anytime. This can be done through your accounts window without contacting us. If you choose to cancel your recurring subscription, you will retain access to our resources until your renewal date. After which, to regain access to our resources you will need to create a new payment.
12. Contact Us Page Form
12.1 If you fill out this form in order to reach out to us we will receive the information provided by the fields via email. In order to avoid our inbox reaching capacity, these emails are deleted directly after having been addressed by one of our team members. Information on these emails is never stored.
13.Tuition Request Form
13.1 If you fill out this form in order to request tuition, we will receive the information provided by the fields via email. Information on this form is kept until the conclusion of your tuition inquiry or requested service.
14. Membership
14.1 Free membership only has access to free resources.
14.2 The “monthly” membership allows a 30-day period of access to all premium resources and free resources spanning the month that you joined. E.g. if you subscribe on December 16th, you will have access to December resources for the last 15 days of December, and January resources for the first 15 days of January.
14.3 All Memberships recur automatically unless cancelled by the user.
14.4 If you do not cancel your “monthly” membership, you will gain access to the resources of the following 30-day period.
14.5 The “yearly” membership allows access to all of our premium and free resources for 365 days.
15. Social Media Platforms
15.1 Petal Resources may interact with you on social media platforms. Our terms & conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy do not apply to said interactions.
15.1 a) Each social media platform has its own terms & conditions, privacy policy and cookie policy. Please take this into account when sharing or posting any personal details.
16. Blog
16.1 All opinions expressed by us in our blog are formed or based on our own research or past experiences.
16.2 We try to keep all information accurate and up to date but you are responsible for independently verifying it if you intend on using it or relying on it.
16.3 If you use any information or opinions from our blog or accompanying links to third-parties, you do so at your own risk.

16.4a) We will not be held responsible for general damages that may arise from the use of our blog.
