1.1 The following Privacy Policy is for Petal Resources.com. It is owned and operated by its Founder, Julien Peinado. “Petalresources.com”, is under the legal jurisdiction of England and Wales. It is based in Caerphilly County in Wales and exists under the company name Petal Resources. As such, we abide by all relevant privacy and security laws including the GDPR. We will do our best to protect your privacy and will not use any of your information for any third-party advertising.
1.2 The data you provide us is not seen by anyone in the company aside from the founder mentioned above.

2.1 Your data is collected via our free registration, paid subscriptions, “contact us” form, “tuition request” form, and online store shopping cart. This data is composed of any information you have filled while completing the above fields and processes. These can include but are not limited to your name, email, address, and phone number.
2.2 Your data allows us to communicate with you for account information and technical support as well as facilitating the lawful purchase of our products/resources. It protects us from fraudulent transactions. If you are logged into one of our accounts, you will not be asked to retype your account info in order to upgrade your subscription.
2.3 Petal Resources will be using your email in order to send you account information emails, sign-up emails, cancellation emails, competition information, newsletters, and Petal Resources promotional emails. These promotional emails will highlight newly added resources, specials, pricing or anything we feel might improve your experience during our service.
2.4 Your data is only overseen by the necessary staff and is never spread, shared or hosted anywhere aside from “petalresources.com”.

4.Payment
4.1 Our current payment platform is Paypal. You are redirected to their payment portal when purchasing a subscription. We do not receive nor host any of this sensitive account/payment information.
4.2 We understand that the internet is not entirely secure but we try to protect any information you provide us. One of the ways we do this is with SSL encryption which encrypts the coming and going of data. We currently limit Paypal as our payment platform so that your payment information is never received nor hosted by us.
5. Tuition
5.1 We do not collect any data provided during tuition services aside from the fields in the “tuition request” form mentioned above. We do not record any of our tuition sessions.
5.2 Tuition will be provided across the Zoom platform. We are not responsible for any data collection performed by this third-party.
